Yes it is a little reminiscent of "Toddlers and Tiaras," Glitter Me Baby," on Etsy caters to walking babies (sizes 3 months to 6) and the adults who adore them. Yes ador and dolt is another good term to associate with these garments. They are past over the top...but hey they only stay our dream of a child for a few minutes and a few years.
